Premiere of the documentary film “Gothic Is Silence” at the Molodist Film Festival
The documentary film *Gothic Is Serenity* will premiere as part of the Molodist Film Festival this Sunday, October 25, at 9:00 PM at the Zhovten Cinema.
The film is based on archival footage of Ukrainian bands performing at the gothic festivals Necropolis in Zbarazh and Children of the Night in Kyiv. The footage, mostly shot in 2005, has never been shown to the public before. The film has only now been edited to present an alternative perspective on Ukraine’s unique musical history of the early 2000s.
